This is a high quality molasses!
I wanted to make Chop Suey which I hadn't made in years. I got a new recipe from my friend and Dynasty Bead Molasses was recommended. I figured that I'd just use the molasses I had in the cabinet. It turned out OK but I thought that the Dynasty Brand might make a difference...and it did! Now the recipe doesn't just taste OK, it tastes Really Good because the Dynasty Bead Molasses is neither overpowering nor has a poor quality flavor. I'm looking forward to using it next in baked goods.

Finding the most essential ingredient
I’ve been making chop suey for 50 years, starting in Chicago, when I moved to Sarasota 41 years ago I had difficulty finding Dynasty Bead Molasses, the most indispensable ingredient. This bead molasses provides just the right of sweetness and rich, dark color that is customary. The pork or beef tastes just like the dirt time l had Chinese takeout in Chicago.I even frequented Asian markets and only found one jar of bead molasses that failed by comparison. This is the thir order of 12 small jars of Dynasty Bead Molasses that I’ve purchased through Amazon in 5years. I’m glad that I found a source.

. So disappointed.
I ordered this product and when it arrived the expiration date on it was in one week. I am so disappointed because I love this product but it Comes in a count of 12 and there’s no way I could use 12 in a week. So disappointed.

12-pack is meant to retailers or restaurants I guess.
Unless you really cook asian on a weekly basis to need 12-bottles I would look elsewhere. Pigly Wigly stores still have it and a couple obscure online retailers. It would be much smarter to sell single bottles or at most 3-packs. You'd get more sales I think.

Hard to find ingredient
It's hard to find bead molasses but I need it to make my husband's favorite birthday meal: Chop Suey! So happy to find it on Amazon! Pleasantly surprised to find all 12 bottles individually wrapped and all in tact :) So thankful!

This is a fresh item, not out of date!
Been looking for this item for years. Never thought to look on Amazon. Need it for a family recipe. Cried when I made the recipe for the first time in years!!
