What size to order for 6 month old

I got a size 2 for my almost 5 month old. They’re a little big but perfect because she has room to wear them through the winter and can wear them now too. They are super cute

Could the gray be gender neutral or are they girly? Hard to tell from the one pic!

I ordered them for my son. I dont think they are too girly for a baby. They are nice winter shoes.

How many inches is the sole of a size 4/5 please? Sizing chart is very confusing for me.

You have to measure babies feet. My babies were 2 inches and 4/5 is in inches. I googled that as I was concerned also.
