Product smells great with mango smell on hair afterwards and hair looks great.

Mango Thin Hair Review
This smells really good. Almost like grapefruit level juicy mango. I have thin hair that has just the tiniest bit of wave when air dried and this works great. It is moisturizing without making my scalp greasy. It also does a great job cleaning without being too drying. I find that it works as a volume booster as well on my thin hair!

Great shine, smells more sour, like grapefruit not mango
I get compliments about my my shiny hair. Hair feels soft. However scent is strong and sour, acidic and a little sweet. More like grapefruit, or even passion fruit. Doesn’t last long in my hair which is ok.

All of the Desert Essences shampoos and conditioners are fantastic. They smell so good and leave my hair soft & shiny.

It’s ok.
I really liked the idea of the organic route with haircare, but something about the smell is beyond mango. It’s after the mango smell that something more potent arrives almost like onion or body odor. I couldn’t handle it and won’t be purchasing this again.

fine and long with low lights and highlights
My hair is straight, fine and long with low lights and highlights. This shampoo is nothing special. I tried it 3x and it made my blonde hair look darker and dry after shampooing the hair. Then I added some conditioner (less, more a lot in 3 washes) and the conditioner made my hair look dull, limp and flat no matter how little or a lot of the conditioner I used... I like the coconut shampoo and conditioner from the same line better BUT I just tried the new Nexxus 1 in 8 hair mask and this is the best conditioner and mask I've ever tried. This mask makes my hair super blonde and shiny and soft and full. I am totally hooked on this mask. I use it as a conditioner and as a mask. You can use little, more and a lot and your hair will always look great. I think this mask is the best product on the market. Nexxus 8 in 1 mask is the ultimate winner for me.. Highly recommended! .

Smell that lasts
Smells amazing, lasts. Works great, hair is very soft, full, and smells like fresh mango still the next day. This is exactly what I wanted. Followed with a bit of the coconut detailer/ heat protectant, perfect combination to smell like a tropical paradise.
