As an esthetician. Zinc is a sunscreen, healer, skin protectant. You can use a cream with zinc for day wear. It's other ingredients to worry about. If using glycolic face wash you may not want another acid in your creams. Just be careful. Always read labels. Ask a dermatologist or doctor when in doubt.

Does this remove makeup?

This cleanser is excellent at removing on make up, debris and exfoliating your skin. However, do not try to use it on your eyes. It has a higher than usual amount of glycolic acid and it will sting and irritate your eyes.

What percentage glycolic acid - does anyone know?

The bottle doesn't say, but water is the first ingredient and glycolic acid is the second ingredient. So, if I'm correct with my consumer information knowledge, the ingredient listed first is present in the largest amount, and so on.
