I also had the same thing 2933 Mhz intel core i5 10300H I bought this ram and upgraded u will be getting max of 2933Mhz and not 3200 which is absolutely ok. It was a significant improvement when i upgraded from 8 to 16 gb. Also check the specs of ram already present in ur system using cpu-z
