Does actually work
Surprisingly this is brilliant, I am fair skinned and have dark inner corners of my eyes and this does actually make them look better.

Great eye brightener
This brightening pencil works. It brightens the eye and is soft enough to use on waterline.

Eyeliner pencil was sent with a large white sticky label wrapped around, securing the lid and about 50 percent of the pencil. Extremely difficult to remove and in doing so, the pencil was damaged meaning I had to cut off about a third of it! Really thoughtless application of product label. Pencil itself is nice but the 'lead' is ridiculously soft and very hard to sharpen. Probably worth storing in the fridge! Did glide easily onto inner water line of lower lid and did last a good few hours.
