If you are working from home and have back pain, lower back issues, this product will aid you well and will provide you with decent comfort.The gel pack that comes with the product is the game changer.Value for money yes.... you only have have one back and you have to look after it. Period

Best Lumbar support ever. heat cold gel pack is awesome ideaI bought at least 3 other lumbar pillows but none of them support my back. This back support has provided me a lot of relief since I’ve been working from home and having to use a dining chair as an office chair. This truly does help me keep my posture in correct alignment, helping greatly with neck and back problems. The heat/cold gel pack is great to give pain relief. it is a well-design product. A must buy.
