This is my 2nd time ordering Ancient Nutrition. I used a different, very popular collagen powder for years and for some reason I wanted to switch it up. This brand had great reviews and it comes with a scooper which is nice. I mix my powder into my morning iced latte because I don't usually eat breakfast, so this is a way to get some protein in and keep me full until lunch. I usually brew my espresso hot, then use a handheld manual frother to incorporate the hot espresso and the powder together. I then add my milk and syrups. Pour it over ice for a lovely protein packed iced latte. This unflavored powder is TRULY unflavored and undetectable, it also has no weird texture. It will clump if it's not frothed but I'm pretty sure that's the case with most powders. You could also use one of those shaker bottles for a shaken espresso drink. I can't really speak to the skin or hair benefits, because I get facials, Botox, use skincare and supplements.

Love this product!!! it's how I start every morning with oatmilk. Vanilla! It mixes the smoothest, adding a bit of Chai tea sometimes is soo deliscious. Chocolate is pretty good, not as smooth I add peanut butter to make it's flavor better. My skin hair and nails do show healthiness /improvement since using it. I'm 52 and the little wrinkles I've had disappeared when I'm using this. I get compliments for never looking my age. The biggest thing that suprised me is my nail bed, I've had a chronic nail problem since my teens with a couple nails that had ridges, the other day I looked down at my nails and noticed they are all completely smooth! Healthy pink, with that little healthy rainbow part glowing at the cuticle. I was shocked!!! I have maintained the same weight since my 20s and this product has become a beneficial part of my routine. It's my breakfast after tea/coffee, then I don't eat again till about between 11:30 and 12:30. It's not total "intermittent fasting" but I think close enough, it gives my body what it needs to get by in the AM and not weigh me/slow me down. It's also a real treat! Feels/tastes like desert to me. Also I typically hate sugar substitutes including stevia however the food scientists for this product got it right! Just the right amounts/mix that I'm not averted to it. I hate xylitol, Splenda, aspartame etc. My go to with cooking is agave. I'm so pleased with this product!!! 5'3" 115-118lbs. Also I have MS, so I'm sensitive to foods that are inflammatory I appreciate it when I find something in my routine I can rely on to feel healthy/well.

I've been faithful to a different product for years, but I wanted to 'consolidate' a few supplements so I'd be taking and purchasing fewer products. I was skeptical because I am extremely particular...almost to a fault.I was stunned when I mixed this in with my coffee this morning, AND I REALLY LIKED THE WAY IT TASTED. I didn't have to force it down. The chocolate flavor is subtle, pleasant and incredibly palatable. I am beyond pleased! I've traded FF and ARM** for this product. I highly recommend purchasing a 'frother.' Look in my pix for the one I purchased. Here's to great collagen and protein supplementation.

I have tried a few other collagen brand, but this one works really well. I have noticed a difference in my skin (clearer) and energy throughout the day. I usually drink it in the afternoon, a little after lunch. Personally, I think it helps with a boost of energy in the middle of the day The strawberry lemonade flavor is actually really good compared to other flavored collagen powder brands. The power usually does not clump up, as long as you use room temperature water, then add ice (if you want to have it in a cold drink).

At age 70 years, I was hesitant to make this purchase due to doubtful expectations. To my surprise, the chocolate flavor is really quite desirable! This major hurdle…out of the way. I have been taking a daily dose now for less than two weeks, yet I’m witnessing a decrease in facial wrinkles, with hopes for continued improvement. As for digestive health issues, improvement was instant and has maintained its effectiveness. I’m very pleased, needless to say!

Have used this product for several years. Saw an immediate improvement in energy. Also noticed new short hairs growing around my hairline where my hairline had moved back from the side of my face. Won't do without this. Put it in my morning coffee and don't even know it's there - no taste at all Quality product. At 85 years old, I'll take it!

I was recommended this product by my DR. I can’t say what it does for fine lines, hair, or joints. (Yet… only been 1 week.) But I have been looking for something that I can stomach. This is really tasty. I bought the vanilla flavor and put 2 scoops in my vanilla Greek yogurt. I actually look forward to it for my afternoon snack or breakfast. I’m hopeful I will see other benefits bc I subscribed and saved! Lol

Las chicas creían que eran acrílicas por lo largas y duras. Lo que sí debe tener mucho cuidado el vendedor al empacar, porque se puede reventar la funda y llegar abierta de una esquina lo cual no es muy higiénico.
