The Original Narnia Books with sketches by Pauline Barnes
Love these books! These are copies of the original print with sketches by Pauline Barnes which were personally approved by C.S. Lewis at the time. They encapsulate the spirit of Narnia and what Lewis was aiming to impart to his young readers. I read these books in this format when I was young and they hold a special place in my heart. I’ve just bought this series for my young granddaughter as I’d like her to read this wonderful series in the format C.S.Lewis intended.

Always great!
Narnia is unavoidable, please don't even attempt to go through life without it. I myself read it only in my 40s (from reading it to my kids) and thoroughly enjoyed it anyway! Word of advice, try to get the hardcopy set, that's really good and worth the money and if you search you can get it for 15 or 20 quid. Makes an awesome gift-set too.
