Very durable dead blow and ball pean hammer.

This set of dead blow hammer has already earned its keep in my workshop. The grips feel secure even when I’m sweating through a long project, and unlike some cheaper sets, there’s no funky rubber smell to deal with. Each size has come in handy—from the 16oz for delicate adjustments to the hefty 45oz when I need real persuasion—and the balance makes them easy to control without the rebound you get from standard hammers. They’re not flashy, but they’re reliable, and that’s exactly what I want in a tool

I wanted to wait until I was able to put this 3 pound hammer to use before a review, having only used it for light tasks the first few months of ownership. My first impressions were positive with a fit and feel equal to or above that of similarly priced, big box competition. The handle size and grip fell good in the hand a little bit of moisture doesn't give you any problems. The plastic it is constructed of feels durable and not too cheap to the touch and swings provide solid blows. The opportunity to really swing with it came two months ago when replacing the rotors of a rusty SUV. The hammer handily handled repeated blows against hard, immovable objects. As the blows proceeded and became less discriminate, there were surely several that glanced the jagged or sharp edge of something or another. The hammer now has some dings and scratches but nothing that impacts my confidence in the tool. After months more of light use, it continues on. I never went full-on swings with it, and I don't expect it to last forever, but it does the job its price promises and more. I would consider this brand again for similar purchases.

Pretty high quality set for the price. I needed a new set for work (machinist) and figured what do I have to lose by spending less? Clearly I lost nothing! These hammers have proven useful setting parts up at work, and I keep the smaller one around the house to work on my ATVs and trucks. Buy this set
