Smooth, Consistent 100% CACAO
This chocolate is no joke!! This is hardcore DARK CHOCOLATE with no added sweetness whatsoever. It most definitely is an acquired taste. I have grown accustomed to it, but it took some time. I will say, this is the most smooth 100% cacao chocolate I’ve ever had - there is no grittiness or chalkiness. If there truly are health benefits to consuming cacao, I would say this chocolate is probably one of your best bets.

Cadmium & lead
This company was cited for this particular chocolate bar having high levels of cadmium and lead, and now the company is being sued over it. I would eat conventional chocolate from Wal-Mart before I ate this.

Delicious
Finally! A 100% organic chocolate that does not taste like a car tire. I love to melt and pair with peanut butter or berries. Delectable!

I liked it a lot and I would order again. I don't know that I know enough about chocolate to consider myself an expert but I have melt it and made my own bars with nuts, fruits etc. and it worked well. Will update with more details as I am trying more varieties.

Too Much Heavy Medals!
This so called organic not only tested high in heavy metals in Consumer Reports testing but also in other reviews and testing. The label is deceiving so buyers be aware. They should be sued!
