Holy! I am a New Englander through and through and need my iced coffee. This is THE way to make iced coffee at home. The set up is easy. Once frozen, pour the hot liquid in, swirl it around (their directions) or let it sit for 60-90 seconds. The hyperchiller gets it COLD without exposing it to liquid to water it down. The grip is wide. I wish it closed because I sometimes make a mess when I swirl it. I completely empty it once a week and give it a clean. It could theoretically go longer but I have 2 so I alternate cleaning weeks. Not only good for coffee but any hot beverage that you want to make cold. I will gift these to my friends this Christmas

I absolutely LOVE this chiller! In the summer I like cold coffee but I don’t want ice watering down my Nespresso! I would make the coffee over ice then put in a shaker .. pain in the butt! I kept thinking… there has to be a better way! When I was searching on Amazon and found this chiller I was slightly skeptical but I decided to give it a whirl. Game changer. Super easy to use, no mess and my coffee is perfectly chilled! Awesome invention.

Usually when I come across an item that seems innovative and incredible in theory, I find it doesn't quite deliver as intended and I feel I wasted my money. but once in a while, you find something that meets expectations. This product is a game changer.I have gone the cold brew route and it works but it takes along time to get it brewed and you have to get the ratio right. Brewing over ice, even if k cups are meant for ice coffee still tastes diluted. But this thing solves all that.I have a Nespresso machine but had to let it sit and cool if I wanted it iced. But as noted in the video... no more. Prepped the chiller upon receiving it and then brewed directly into the Chiller and 1 Minute later, poured over ice and no dilution or loss of flavor at all. Perfect ice coffee. Just clean at end of day, refill and ready for the morning commute. No more coffee shop runs as this is better than iced coffee I could buy in a coffee shop.As for build quality... hard to say as I haven't had it long enough but directions say NOT to overfill as it can lead to cracking so that could explain some of then issues some of have reported. But for $12.00, wont break the bank if I have to replace down the road. Worth the investment!!

The ad for this reads, “The HyperChiller will CHILL your coffee in less than 60 seconds. Take the edge off a hectic morning by enjoying an Iced Coffee on the go. ” However, the instructions say, “In as little as one minute, the coffee will have cooled down by up to 130 degrees F (54 C). Pour via the spout on the opposite side of the lid into your cup and enjoy!”Per the FDA Food Code, you cannot hold food less than 135 degrees F for food safety, which is HOT enough to minimize bacteria growth. My point is not food safety or bacteria. It’s that this product will only cool to 130 F, 5 degrees less than what is required to HOT hold food. It’s simply brought coffee (typically brewed 190 to 200 degrees F for best extraction) down to 130 degrees F.If you pour fresh brewed coffee into this (previously frozen) device, wait the allotted amount of time, then pour it over ice, you better have brewed your coffee really, really strong, as 130 degree coffee poured over ice may bring it down room temperature (70 degrees F) by melting all the ice and watering down your coffee significantly. Room temperature coffee does not equate to cold or chilled coffee to me.You’re better off brewing coffee the night ahead and keeping it in a cup of your choosing (not this device) in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning the coffee should be cool (~40 degrees F) and any ice added to it should remain ice, resulting in an actual ICED coffee with a good coffee strength (not weak or watered down). For these reasons, I cannot recommend this product for coffee.It may work well for wine and spirits, cooling those down from room temperature to something cooler and maybe “chilled” in about 90 seconds.

This definitely does its job.It works well and is easy to use and clean. I always forgot to put it back in the freezer to use for next time but definitely recommend for someone who would remember to put it back in the freezer.The color and size were perfect. It fit a good 8-12oz coffee. And did not affect the coffee taste.

I purchased the light green chiller and used it to chill my morning coffee for six months before it developed a crack, half the length of the chiller, where the name is located. I reached out to the manufacture, through the Amazon link, because an item should last longer than six months, but got no response. I really enjoyed this item while I had it, but the durability is poor. Disappointed.

This is a much better option than the original plastic version. It is not going to crack like the plastic ones and it works great! My coffee game has completely changed! They make really good gifts for people who love iced coffee too! I like the black top because it won't look dirty or coffee stained. The size is perfect for one person, but can definitely be used for a second cup of needed. It does not hold too much of a smell if you wash it thoroughly every few uses!

Worked very well, I was impressed. Only leaving a review because I saw someone else say after they used it the coffee just melted their ice. I didn't have that experience at all, it definitely cooled my coffee enough for a good iced coffee.
