I'm delighted to report that after several months of regular use and countless washes, my Winco board has shown absolutely no signs of warping. It remains perfectly flat, which is crucial for safe and efficient cutting. This speaks volumes about the quality of the material and its construction.Cleaning this board is an absolute breeze. Its smooth, non-porous surface means food bits and juices don't cling or seep in. A quick rinse and a wipe with soap and water are usually all it takes to get it sparkling clean. I was not expecting a great quality item for what I paid for this. It is nice and thick. I am using it to chop up my cat’s chicken. I feed him small portions, several times a day due to his health condition. I got the small size, which is perfect. I love the small size so that it’s easy to quickly clean and store. I had been annoyed at washing my larger chopping board for such a small amount of food. This one is perfect. 👌

Great price, great board!! I really like this. I paid 3 times this for one a few years ago that was nowhere near as good. The texture and design on this is perfect and the price cannot be beat. So far, so good.. I bought a second one. I really like this and was shocked at the thickness and durability. A+, recommend!

It's as described. I love that it is large, made of plastic makes it versatile for cutting raw meats instead of the dangers of surfaces such as wood which can really retain bacteria. Very nice looking color, easy to clean, nice surface material, and is very functional for cutting large amounts of food or veggies.

This is an excellent cutting board. Friendly to knives and no lost space due to cut out. No handle which means it stores easily. It doesn't grip the counter well so I use a sheet of gripping shelf liner to hold it in place. Cleans easy and the thickness protects it from warping.

this has been the best cutting board I have ever had! I've been using it daily for over 2 months and nothing stains the board! Looks brand new still! It is heavy but stays in place. I will definitely buy this one again!

Nice, large cutting board. We used it to cut up deer. It was too big for our kitchen sink. Had to wash it in the bath tub. But we wanted a really large one. It's thick & well made.

Ditch your bamboo cutting boards and buy this (seriously, those are horrible for knives). As someone that's professionally cooked in kitchens for years, this is as commercial as it gets. I originally bought a very large one for big tasks (like carving meat and thus forth), and loved it so much that I bought two more medium ones that could fit in the dishwasher and be sanitized quickly. They are a perfect size for my counter tops, and fit vertically in the dishwasher.These are so easy to clean/wipe down, and there are no warping issues after sanitizing cycles. I'd much rather buy these over the cheap ones (I've had many over the years, and I wish I just bought these first). The cutting boards are one of those BIFL things. I haven't had any issues with staining and these have stayed white over time, but even if that happens it's to be expected with cutting boards (even in commercial kitchens) so don't toss yours. These keep my Messermeister, Victorinox, and Takayuki knives in pristine condition as they effortlessly glide and cut like a dream on top of these. These have a sturdy, heavy weight to them, even the 0.5" thick ones. I don't find them particularly slippery, especially not my large 3/4" thick one. I think anyone would be happy with whichever size they choose to fit their needs.
