Delish!
Delish! The mix was pretty easy to make. These lemon bars / squares came out so well. They are very good. I dont believe there are that many calories!

So close to home made!
I searched long and hard for the perfect lemon bar recipe and finally found it passed down from my friend's great great grandmother. They're delicious and worth the time. Or, they used to be. The Krusteaz Meyer Lemon Bar Mix takes half the time, is simpler to prepare, and is ALMOST as good as the home made version. Once I added a little fresh lemon to the mix I almost threw out the other recipe. These are so good. I'm a fan!

As good as bakery ones with a small tweak
These taste absolutely amazing! They’re so good. Undercooked the crust by a few minutes, make the filling as instructions say, but before you put them in the oven, sprinkle some powdered sugar on top of them. They’re really good. The first time I made them, I made them as described, but the crust was too hard. It taste good, but it’s doesn’t have as good of a mouth feel with it being so hard. But if you undercook it by a few minutes, then it’s absolutely perfect and the crust is soft and flaky. So to recap: undercooked crust, filling as the instructions say, powdered trigger on top of the filling before it goes on the oven.

Better than made from scratch
These are delicious. Highly recommend substitute of fresh lemon juice for the water. Easier to cut when baked in a glass baking dish. Just as good as made from scratch with much less work. I usually bake in the evening for the next day. Refrigerator overnight and cut the morning. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar to make prettier and a bit of sweetness to offset the tang of the lemon.

I've bought this through Costco who no longer carry them. They are delicious but very expensive on Amazon. Won't buy again.

BE MINDFUL THIS IS NOT THE SAME SIZED BOX FOUND IN COSTCO. SO YOU ARE PAYING TWICE AS MUCH MONEY FOR JUST ONE PORTION THAT FITS AN 8 X 8 INCH PAN.
