High quality strong brackets with great finish
Nicer quality and finish than expected. Used to mend top wood handle broke in two on wood-clad step stool by using large right angle brackets on the underside of the handle to strengthen the handle and align the pieces to wood glue back together. I drilled pilot holes since I have a tendency to strip all screws no matter what. I had anticipated needing more brackets to fix the ladder but the the quality of these brackets made using more than two unnecessary. Plenty left over for the next project. Why this review wanted a comment on “sheerness” eludes me. There is nothing sheer about them.

...if only the screws
The brackets themselves are nice. They are nice and heavy and did a great job on my project. The problem I had was with the screws. The heads of 4 of them screwed themselves right off. I replaced them with screws I had and the job got done. I didn't buy the set because of the screws so it was only so much of a problem. BUT..if you're going to include them, they should be worth using.

Not perfect but enought to hold some pictures in place on the walls and a few other odds and ends the need a right angle to secure.

Lowest quality screws.
If you don’t return this right away at the least toss the screws in the trash and get some that won’t break with the slightest torque.

Received half of advertised amount
Instead of receiving 4 of each, I received 2 of each. They do look sturdy.
