I was really glad when I saw my cupping set had made it to me and timely manner and it came with 6 cupping pieces who large to medium and too small. Now the large and medium cups are for the larger parts of your body like your legs, your back. They work well for those parts and I'm still working with them it's the brand new to me so kind of a learning curve of using them so it's good to go online and see how to use them or watch a video. I saw some really good videos on the face cupping that made me know that this set will be a great asset to me and keeping me youthful with using the smaller cups on my face to lift it and to smooth it out even though I don't need that because others have told me I look young but preventive maintenance is what I'm going to be doing with my cupping system also by having the set at my convenience I can the large and medium cups on my legs or arms or stomach in the shower and also the small what I can do in the shower all things that you need to do is just add some soap and it will lubricate and move the cups around your face or your arms are the stomach and also my first time I tried them out I just use them after a nice shower with some argan oil in the water that was left from the shower just added the cupping around my legs cuz all you have to do is squeeze them and they will suck your skin up in a good way and then you can kind of move around see how it feels and move them as they feel comfortable or just squeezing leaving work for you want them and it's just it feels good it brings all the collagen to the surface of your blood to the surface and it gives you a way of distressing yourself like the second day I put them put three of them across my shoulders on my back on my upper back because I was having a little pain but they're really simple really quick and easy you can wash them like the oil and and reuse them over and over and over again the more you practice with them the better they will feel on your body and I haven't seen a large Improvement in my face but they feel good. I know that it will be an improvement because I am determined to consistent and using them every night with my face cream and also the oil on my thighs. I've heard that cupping is good for digestion aches and pain bringing back collagen to your skin. This is a really good product to give you peaceful sleep and relaxation because once they're on your back shoulder in one place or you could moving around they're be very relaxing.

I had experienced cupping as part of a therapeutic massage and found it to be quite helpful in releasing areas of chronic muscle tightness and and areas around old surgical scars. These are good quality and easy to use cups. I am happy to have the option of doing some self treatment at home...have found it helpful to use on my tight quadriceps before and after long walks/run.

I love these dynamic cupping cups! As a shiatsu and massage therapist, these are a wonderful way to enhance and seemlessly move from fascial release work to acupuncture point work. They have great suction and glide beautifully. They are easy to use and save my hands some from all of the hard work I put them through. This has been the best addition to my practice in years! LOVE!

I am beyond pleased and impressed. I was looking for something to take my massage to the next level, something that would help me obtain longer gains, and to address chronic issues with some of my clients who have imbalances that have been resistant to every technique that i know and could find. THIS IS IT! The first Client i used it on this morning was nothing short of miraculous in results. Immediate softening of chronic hypertonic muscles that the client could comment on feeling the difference while stil on the table. If you are trained in SI like I am, then you will realise that these work kind of in opposite of that, but equally if not more results oriented. On other clients later in the day, While working on the forearm, one could feel the release in her Hara! I'm telling you, this is my new favorite technique. Others i know are already planning on purchasing for personal use. I highly recommend this set and this method for releasing adhesions and trigger points, while chasing out the old stale blood and lymph, bringin in the new. Just mind blowing at how effective these are. I'm never going back.

The cups are great quality as I have ordered this set before. I’m more upset with the company. They were due here today. (2 day delivery) They got shipped today and now I will have to wait until Tuesday for them. I needed them today. No explanation, no apology. I’m Very unhappy. Looking at them if I order another set, they will supposedly be here by Friday. So why will a new set get here next tuesday? Otherwise. This is a great set.
