Building Block Compatible case for The Raspberry Pi Official Camera - Black

I have 5 of these cases now, worth every penny! Fits the Pi Cameras, rev 1.3 and 2.1. Even fits the off brand pi cameras. Easy to use, easy to swap (just need a flat head screwdriver. I'm buying more if I get more cameras!

Lego style case, it did not stay together very well and cheaply build, will work but not the best case.

There's a good chance I'm a knucklehead (in which case this product doesn't deserve a 1-star review...) but I FEEL like the inside pins on this case were printed backwards (?)Pros: Snaps to the front of the SmartiPi case.Cons:I put the camera module inside camera case and the holes on the camera pcb line up with the pegs inside the case... but the clips that hold the front of the case can't clip on because the pcb is in the way now. So I thought Hmmm... maybe it's upside down? Well, I flipped it around and now the bottom pegs don't line up with the pcb holes and the cable is bent, but the clips fit. So either my Pi Camera isn't official, or the pegs inside the case are upside down.Also, in the last picture of their product, you see the ribbon cable on the bottom side and a "channel between 2 legs" that holds the ribbon cable in place. My cable is too wide for this. Luckily there was another slot I could push the ribbon cable through.And lastly. The front of the case that snaps on.... appears to be there forever. It took an amazing amount of downward pressure to pop it into place.Maybe I'm a knucklehead but this seemed to be really straight forward and... wasn't.

Great case, only complain is that is very difficult to open and close the lid on the case.

Perfect fit for the Raspberry Pi Camera module and the ribbon cable. Lego Batman would be proud.

This camera holder is fantastic, easily the best pi camera holder i have tried yet. It's super study and has the bonus of including Lego compatibility, perfect for mock-ups or integrating into a build. The clutch is very good on these I have this hanging over my pellet stove screen so I can monitor it from anywhere. I haven't tried to open it yet, from what I hear it's not an easy task.

My Kids run Pi 4 4GB machines for school and needed cameras and a case that was easy to relocate or adjust for angle. I super-glued a lego strip to the top of their monitors, picked up these cases, and attached the two with a hinged lego piece and, viola, works perfectly for their needs.

The camera fits perfectly inside of this case solidly. No wiggling once you snap it into place.
