If you dont need a large half size sheet pan then these are great. I think the racks are good and sturdy and tall enough to let air circulate underneath them. I have only used this pan to roast some veggies so far. It is large enough to use under a small caserole dish to catch drips. It is great for a sheet pan dinner for one. The sheet pan did not warp in the hot oven. At least not yet. It was easy to clean and fits in my double sink as opposed to a half sheet. I cook with stainless steel because I cannot use aluminum on an induction stove. So these work great. I havent used mine on the stove although I did test to see if they worked. They do. They are not big enough to use the bridge element on my stove though. Why would I use one on the stove? My favorite stock pot is not induction compatible. This sheet pan solves that problem at a fraction of the cost of a new pot and has multiple other uses in my house that a larger sheet pan is too big for and luckily it came in a set of two.

These pans have become my new favorite set in the kitchen to cook and bake with. They are the perfect size to have side-by-side in the oven, so I can cook various things at once, and on the same rack!We celebrated a birthday just a few days ago and we were able to comfortably cook one of Costco's tomahawk steaks on one sheet and an assortment of vegetables on the other.I've washed my set in the dishwasher since getting them, and their sturdiness and shine has not given out. Honestly, this set would make an awesome gift to anyone who doesn't want to dirty a large baking sheet when cooking one thing.

Having ordered and lived with several other Cekee stainless steel pans in other sizes, I figured it was a safe bet to go with this brand again when I needed to downsize pans to better fit a large multi-task toaster oven. Turns out that I chose the right brand once again. These stainless steel pans are the real deal, comparatively heavy weight, easy to clean, heat and bake well; they even fit in my sink better. I have yet to experience any warping, just as I haven’t with my other Cekee pans that are several years old now but still look so new they could double as mirrors. And getting sturdy grid style racks included with these pans is a really nice bonus. I look forward to getting years of good performance. I don’t give a lot of 5 star reviews, but this company’s products definitely earn every one. Thanks again, Cekee!

They are too wide to fit side by side in oven on same rack. Sturdy enough, very light weight. They do warp/pop in oven despite what some reviews say. I most appreciate the rack fitting within the pan. Racks have been very easy to clean.. The pan stains with oil residue but can probably be cleaned with a special something, easily cleaned otherwise.

Its not hard to meet expectation when it comes to sheet pans... BUT... thes are awsome and heavy duty. I use them in my kamado joe all the time.

These are the perfect size for cooking for one. They also fit in the dishwasher and can be stacked neatly in a regular size cabinet.

A good sturdy half oven fit. A great chili roll pan or cookie sheet with cookie cooling rack or cake cooling rack. Very functional. For stickiness use paper or spray. Each pan holds bake two to four dozen depending on what you're baking.
