Lovely set of knives - arrive super sharp right from the outset and these would be a doddle to keep in condition with a decent sharpening system - only needing honing every now and then.Feel great in the hand and easy to use.One bugbear is that the damascus pattern is not as pronounced as the photos would lead you to believe but it still looks nice.Recommended wholeheartedly..

Firstly I would like to say that the knifes look really good and well made.I was disappointed that in the description it did state that I would received in addition three steak knifes which I did not. I did contact the seller and this was an error in the description which has now been removed, they did offer £5 compensating or £10 off my next purchase.The knifes have all had to be sharpened in less than a month and have not had much use and no misuse.Again I am fine with this but true Damascus steel should hold an edge better than this which leads me to think that the pattern could be etched as apposed to layered unfortunately the only way to check this is to break the blade and examine the grain structure. On balance a good looking knife at a comparative price sometimes you do get what you pay for.

So far very pleased with these knives. Very very sharp just glide through food. Quality seems very good also for the price.Time will tell ob longevity.

Bought as a present for my wife as she is a keen cook. She said that she can cut really finely meats and veg, nice to use, good bit of quality.
