Bought these for my in-laws as my mother in law has tons of breathing issues (COPD, asthma and allergies) they have a little furball who sheds and even though they clean they accumulate dust quickly. They were using a very low merv rated filter prior to this and I have noticed a difference in their indoor air quality since the switch. They just had a new unit installed and I want them to get the best bang for their buck and their health. Super easy to use - has arrows to show you which way for air flow, and they fit like a glove! Great value in comparison to the big box stores as well! This will also help increase efficiency as it’ll trap smaller particulates from going beyond the filter.

These filters are fair quality but the cardboard framing isn't very strong. They are good for the price.

Looks fine so far. Delivered in a perfectly in-tact box. 20x20 fit my ceiling mount return perfectly. Fairly sturdy two sided support. My house is 90 years old, drafty and dusty, and we have a dog and allergies, so I generally replace every month. Went with the Merv 8 for all those reasons. Just replaced the furnace, so I will definitely continue to do so. This is a decent price for a 6 month supply. In the photos, the old brand (Merv 5) doesn’t have the double sided support. Saw on Youtube University that double sided support was better because it puts less drain on your system by making it less likely it will get sucked further into the return hole. The old one is dirtier than normal because it was over a month. I finally took my time researching to find the best functional fit for my system instead of grabbing the first/cheapest thing that met the measurements.

I’ve always had to deal with allergies, however; these air filters are wonderful! They come in all sorts of shapes and sizes. They’re easy to use and I like the look in the fit. They have with my AC and as I stated before, very easy to install.

Easy installation! Excellent product never realized there was so much dust in my house. I always use a slightly inferior product but this is the best product I've used! Will definitely buy more and have! Excellent for allergies, pet hair and dust. The image I submitted is only after 2 weeks.

The Aerostar 20x20x1 MERV 13 filters have been great for my DIY air scrubber project. I used them to build a simple setup, and it surprised me how well it cleans up the air in the room. Dust and little particles that used to hang around don’t seem nearly as bad now, and the air just feels fresher overall. The size works well for building around, so it was easy to fit into a basic box-style design without a lot of fuss. With a pack of six, it is easy to swap them out when they get dirty and keep the scrubber working well.

Fits perfectly , feels as good quality if not higher than the regular 3M brand that sells for twice the price.

These are better quality than the basic Garrison brand accordion filters available from Canadian Tire and are certainly worth an extra couple bucks each. They are sturdier and less susceptible to warping under the pressure of a continuous fan.

Can’t beat the price. As a pet owner I make sure to change my filter every month and boy can I see the difference. The filter does surely catch a lot of allergens and dust. When compared side by side with a new one it’s quite amazing.

Filters work well. I use these in my garage where I do woodworking and it collects a lot of sawdust. Noticeable difference within first day of use.
