Very fresh!
These were great. The package arrived quickly, they cooked quickly, so I knew they were fresh. Great flavor and could be the closest I will get to Santorini!

I loved the Santorini Fava bean purée when I was in Santorini, so when I found the Santorini Fava beans in Amazon, I was excited!!!! I made the purée using the recipe from the package yesterday. It was easy to make and very delicious!!!

Great Flavor
Delicious unique flavor ... Make like hummus with lemon , olive oil and onion .. Nothing like it and can't seem to find these in the States.
