Hello, I've looked on the bottle and online it doesn't give the percentage just the ingredients.

The package says 1% granactive retinoid.

Should this be applied on damp or dry skin? And how much amount/how often?

I apply it on freshly washed and dried skin. I don’t use it every night, but I think one could use it nightly unless they have particularly sensitive skin
