I did some research and found that it is beneficial in preventing macular degeneration which both of my parents had as well as joint health and other benefits. I also read that is acts as an internal uva/uvb protector. I was sceptical but figured I’d test that out as I have fair skin and burn very easily. Wow! This stuff works! I still apply sunscreen but I am able to stay in the sun far longer than I ever haveand I tan now rather than burn! Now that the capsules are 10 mg rather than 4mg it’s even a better value!
