LIPOELASTIC Active Leggings- Medical Compression Leggings

These run small in the waist, IMO. I ordered mediums but needed a large. And still after an 8 hr shift, they feel tight at the waist and I’m ready to get them off. But! They are the best and most comfortable medical compression leggings I’ve been able to find. Love that the fabric doesn’t pick up lint/pet hair. They’re also quick drying and not too hot. I overheat easily and wore these on some high 70s sunny days in Disney World and was fine! Very durable, completely opaque and good looking albeit a bit 80s shiny haha. I could use a backup pair but wish they were a little less expensive!

Purchased in size XL, which is true to size for me. You have to work a little to get them on, and they are quite snug, but that's all typical for compression. Positive: --They are strong material that can be compressive. --They are not see through. --They are more "slippery" than most typical compression, so if you plan to wear them under pants, such as jeans or chinos or khakis (cotton fabric type) over them, the pants would not stick to the leggings and bunch up as can happen with other compression items. Negative: --Expensive. but price is in line with other similar items. --The material is very heavy and does not breathe.... At all! Someone described it as wearing a plastic garbage bag, and I see why. It is like a thicker version of the really strong silky not-so-stretchy material used on some parts of a bra or girdle, almost like the inner side of a bad polyester satin dress. It does not seem appropriate for someone doing exercise. it seems more like undergarment material. These pants make me sweat without even exercising or layering anything over them. Oher compression (and I've tried many!) do not do this. --The waistband is at your natural waist. It digs in a little (and I don't have a big waist) yet also slides down. If they came up higher, to the narrow part of the waist, I think they'd stay up better. --Being slippery, they slide down and I have to pull them up. --The area behind my knee is not at all stretched. The fabric just sits there. I guess my knee is notably smaller than my thigh or calf, so the fabric behind the knee doesn't have to stretch. It feels a weird to go from tight to not and back to tight. Overall, I was looking forward to some compression I could wear for working out or wear under work pants without sticking to them, but the fabric is an absolute deal breaker.

Shipping was good. The product cane within the windows of Shipping, and the legging work. They are at the right tightness needed. Will be conserving this product again.

Comfortable for around the house but they slide down my lipedema fat thighs and it gets quite annoying at work.

I had high hopes for these but am disappointed. They do not offer medical grade compression (e.g. 20-30 mmHg) and didn't compress any more than leggings from an athletics store. For the price I thought I had finally found medical grade compression I could wear to the gym, but I was wrong.

I love these and this is my second order. However, it apprears that I received a returned item. It was not in the original packaging and the satin and laundry bag where not included. These are too expensive not recieve a new item in the original packaging. Thankfully, this was my second order I know what the original packaging looks like. Requesting an exchange for new pair in original packaging. I will update with the exchanged process. Update- They were great about exchanging the "returned one" for a new pair that was correctly packaged with bag and laundry bag. I beleive this was an Amazon error. Update - I was able to exhange for new pair so that makes my review a 5 stars. However, all three pairs have now have issues with the stitching along seams in the crotch and upper thigh. I contacted LIPOELASTIC directly to ask if there is a way to repair them. I was told they can't help me since I purchased through amazon. I was just asking for advice on how I could repair them.

I’ve tried so many compression leggings for my Lipedema and these are the best! Well worth it. I’ve purchased fanka for the same price and they don’t compare. High quality and they are not see through!!

I recently had lipo for my lipedema. My surgical compression was cutting into me so my doctor suggested getting some lighter weight compression to wear for a few days. I found these and could get them quickly. They were perfect for continuing my recovery before I went back to my surgical compression per doctors orders.

El producto venía en una bolsa de plástico con autocierre. Solo venía el legging, no estaba la funda de lavadora con la que suele venir. Lo tuve que devolver porque, a pesar de seguir la tabla de medidas y encajar bien en una talla, me quedaba suelto en la parte del tobillo y, en la parte trasera de la rodilla, me hacía como una bolsa de aire. El material me gustó mucho, se le ve resistente y compresivo. Por eso, me he cogido una talla más pequeña, a ver si acierto.

Cumplen su función pero a los dos meses las costuras se deshilachan y el aspecto es tan feo que no te las puedes poner solas. Le escribí a la marca y su respuesta era que no sabían cómo solucionarlo, así que os recomiendo que compréis otra marca como las hoko kobe

Compresse bien partout (attention à bien mesurer avec les mesures du site internet officiel). Par contre pas confortable au niveau de la ceinture qui serre BEAUCOUP trop fort, des plis derrière les genoux et pas super confort à l'entrejambe. Cher pour ce tous ces défauts mais bonne qualité de tissu et pas transparent du tout.
