The individuals are 1 ounce each, or what is considered a serving. That's why I buy them...so I don't have to measure or guestimate.

Q: Are these gluten-free Hain Celestial? It's not indicated on the label, although there are no gluten contianing ingredients.

You're right it doesn't say anywhere specifically that it is gluten free even though the ingredients do not have gluten in them. I did see this safety warning on amazon for the veggie straws, "Manufactured in a facility that processes Wheat, Soy and Milk." I guess that could mean that there may be some minor cross contamination.
