I followed the size chart at the top of the item description (right where the drop-down menu for size selection appears). According to that size chart, with 35.5" hips, I should be a size medium. I thought that seemed pretty big, as I usually buy a small in underwear and I wear a size 4 in pants, but I figured sometimes these items are made in countries where the average build is smaller than in the US, which could mean I'd need a bigger size. I just received them (size medium) and they are humongous! There is a separate size chart down lower in the item description; according to this size chart, I should be in a small (or maybe an extra small). I haven't decided which size I'll try; given how big the size medium is, an extra small might actually be correct. The picture shows the size medium underwear with my regular underwear (Jockey size 5) on top, so you can see just how huge these are.

I purchased these in March when I had pneumonia for bladder leakage. I was sick of having to change my underwear anytime I had a coughing fit. They worked fantastic for that.I was hesitant to try them with my period because I was worried about leakage, smell, and it honestly sounded a little gross to me. I cannot wear tampons as they are ridiculously uncomfortable, and I hate pads because I have to wear the long winged ones that never offer any breathing. However, since I already owned them I decided to give them a try while working from home. I am so glad that I did!I have a light flow, I usually change a pad because of time and not saturation. I can get a few hours out of a regular tampon on my heaviest day, and my period only lasts 3-4 days. I am able to wear this underwear alone, without a tampon or pad, every day of my period. I change every morning and every night without any leakage. I also have absolutely ZERO skin discomfort wearing these (as opposed to the diaper rash I get from pads).The care instructions say to wash in cold and not to dry. I wasn't comfortable with that, and I am a lazy laundry washer. I machine wash these in warm water and tumble dry on medium heat. I'm sure they won't last as long, but I have six pairs that have made it through three menstrual cycles and two weeks of pneumonia. There was no noticeable shrinkage and the lining still appears intact.Size-wise, I would say these are spot on. I normaly wear Warner's Blissful Benefits Hipster Panties in a size large (as pictured). The elastic is much stronger in these, so you definitely get a muffin top, but the bottoms fit as I would expect. I do wish the toosh area was a bit smaller, as I get baggy butt, but I have a little booty so I have that problem in most underwear.All-in-all I love these and am planning on ordering their Sensation style to wear under my work clothes. I'm hoping the muffin top is less noticeable, and I believe they will lay better under my business professional wardrobe. You do have a noticeable underwear line on your rear from the absorbant layer, but I do not expect the Sensation style to fix that.

So I am going to be very honest and maybe a little too personal...but hopefully this review will help someone.I bought these panties because I want the protection of a pantiliner for moisture management. Have always felt uncomfortable with feeling dampness and after having a total hysterectomy, I thought that would resolve as many post menopausal women complain of dryness and lack of natural lubrication. After checking my hip size, it said that I eas on the very low end of XXL. Um, I normally wear size 7 in panties, but can fit in a 6 albeit not as comfortably as a 7. I opted for the XL and they are very comfortable. Maybe slightly more roomy than I am used to, but they did not roll down, ride up, or squish anything. I felt no sticky or wet feeling, but also didn't feel like they completely obstructed air flow either. There was absolutely no crinkly noises, and the fabric is very soft, and moves with me. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THESE PANTIES. I have already ordered more in another style for myself.In addition, I purchased the bikini style for my 15 year old daughter. According to the size chart, she was at the top end of XS, so we bought the SMALL to accommodate a pad or in case she grows/gains weight. She LOVES them. She said that they are very comfortable and do not make noise as some other reviewers stated.

Buy these! Don’t buy the expensive brands! I bought this 3 pack for my daughter, and also got her one pair of thinx btwn for the same price and they were thick and snug. She likes these better because they are true to size and more comfortable (she’s an athlete with a booty). Also bought her the first period kit with 4 pairs of Ruby Love underwear. The kit was a nice surprise for her, but the underwear have a seam across the back that is very noticeable through her clothing and they are extremely thick. I just ordered her another 3 pack (she is 12 yrs old, 5’3” 110 pounds and wears women’s small).

Bought these period panties looking for leaking solutions. I was concerned about sizing. I'm 5'8 340lbs. Carry weight in stomach and butt. I got the 6xl according to my hip measurements. Panties came on time I was so excited. Was still in my cycle. My flow was heavy so I tried with a very thin Alway overnight pad. These panties really do work. No staining. If you wear a pad. Or tampon etc, you can get away with wearing the panty all day.What I don't like. Definitly can't handle Lee. If you tinkle some you get wet. I don't like that. Maybe can wear an incontenance pad if that's a concern.Would love for them to be high waisted. Just preference. But they do cover just under my belly button and the don't roll.Overall I'm happy with the purchase.

For leaks and free bleeding = awesome. For wandering about, rustling like a carrier bag = also awesome. I would use these for sleeping in but they really aren’t suitable for me, for every day life.

Tja, also ich muss sagen, ich bin ziemlich enttäuscht und weiss jetzt gar nicht, was ich mit diesen 3 ziemlich unförmigen Schlüppis anfangen soll. Ihren angedachten Zweck erfüllen sie jedenfalls nicht. Gleich in der 1. Nacht haben sie komplett versagt.Normalerweise nehme ich an den starken Tagen nachts zusätzlich zum Tampon noch eine Binde als Schutz. Da ich Binden nicht so mag, dachte ich, ich könnte statt dieser den Schlüppi verwenden. Ein bisschen hatte ich mich schon über den Schutzbereich gewundert. Vorne extrem knapp bemessen, geht er nach hinten bis hoch zum Steißbein.Also langer Rede kurzer Sinn: Was den Tampon überforderte, ging in die Schlafanzughose. Und zwar vorne seitlich. Muss dazu sagen, dass ich die völlig ungewöhnliche Angewohnheit habe, viel auf der Seite zu schlafen. Vielleicht sind die Teile ja für strikte Rückenschläferinnen gedacht und funktionieren dann, weil die Flüssigkeit nach hinten wegläuft und die völlig seltsame Positionierung der Einlage dann möglicherweise Sinn macht. Keine Ahnung.Ich sage jedenfalls mal: Danke für gar nix.

Great product so far! Takes a bit of getting used to at first because the material goes up the back which I was not expecting. So that was a bit of a surprise and felt odd. Much better after a few washes though. This is a nice accompanying product to my diva cup. Feel great to keep feminine hygiene products out of landfills.

Just ok, the colours are really drab and they do look like mens pants. Used at night and seemed to work.Can't wash with other clothes as needs to be a cool hand-wash so bit of a pain. I wouldn't but anymore of this brand.

Took a while to get used to but glad I persisted. Good product. Hopefully better environment impact.
