Love the sensation of cooling, then the deep heating. Whenever i have sore muscles, this is the first thing that goes on.

Very effective in relieving pain. However DON'T order more than one at a time, I ordered 2 on November 2nd, arrived on November 4th but Amazon sent me both tubes with expiry date in January 2022. I will not be able to finish them both before they expire and I'm not allowed to return them because they are considered hazardous goods and there is no return on them.
