Does not work as intended
Don’t waste your money. I brought this to add some more compression since my faja is getting lose. Instead it just made it feel less compressed. It was almost as if it was just stretching out my faja. I went back to the lipo foam in between my faja which I feel more compression with. This board is also extremely stiff will not shape around your body. Going to just stick with my lipo foam till I can afford a smaller faja. Save your $

It's ok, not very comfortable
Very hard material and very uncomfortable, it gets hot and sweaty! I wear an underwear shirt to help, but it is still very uncomfortable and I have to adjust it when I sit down or bend over. I bought another one that's more soft and a bit more comfortable, but I still wear this one on occasions.

I've never tried an an board to compare. This one slides and is super stiff. The cover is removable so can be washed. It also should be a bit bigger in length and width.
