I know that tofu is not for everyone, however those who know how to use it will find pleasure in making its many products such as yogurt, ice cream, puddings and more. Nice and smooth.

The use-by date passed over 6 weeks ago. It's an item that cannot be returned. I'm very disappointed. Requesting a refund. See photos.

Shelf stable silken tofu
I keep this on hand to make chocolate mouse. The recipe requires silken tofu- if you buy regular tofu, the dessert is grainy. I can no longer find silken tofu at my grocery store and getting to an Asian market in VT can be a problem, so I now order it from Amazon.

Stay away from Ann Arbor
My daughter went to U of M and now she buys tofu online. Not sure if she likes it or was brainwashed to like it. But she buys a lot of tofu now as a substitute for meats. If you’re from Ann Arbor, you will like this.

Crumbles galore…
Bought this for a miso soup recipe and when I opened it to use it crumbled into a bunch of pieces. Not consistent with silken tofu firmness / quality
