Cheese curds don’t squeak
The taste was good but not wonderful. Whenever I buy cheese curds in WO they squeak when you bite them and there is a stronger flavor

Melted into a block of goo
Absolutely disgusting. It traveled for 2 days and the ice packs were warm when I opened the box. The cheese melted into balls of goo. Even after putting them in the fridge for a day they were disgusting. It tasted like someone balled up Kraft singles and stuck it in a bag. This is far from real Wisconsin cheese curds and I grew up in Central Wisconsin so I know. This is horrible. I wouldn't spend $5 on this in a gas station to feed to a child. I broke off a chunk and I had to spit it out it was so disgusting.

Sharp and Creamy
They were fresh, firm, sharp and creamy. I melted them on a Tortilla with avocado salsa and they were delicious.

Best Cheese Hands down
I've been ordering from Wisconsin cheese company maun website for awhile. Now im happy its easy to swipe and buy on Amazon. Delivery price is still the same from the website just easier to buy here. I really want to have the bigger bags available on Amazon soon though.
