What is the wattage used... Not the voltage. I need the wattage used per foot.

The LED's are ~150mw each (0.165 watt, multiplied by the number of LED's per foot, multiplied by the total length of your system should give you a reasonable answer for supply requirements).

Is there a way to cut and add wire between cuts to go from 1 shelf to another shelf and if so how?

Yes. You will need a soldering iron, solder 20 gage wire. Cut lights to length need, cut only where scissor marks are, then lay flat with lights facing up. Take utility knife and cut away about 3/8 of a inch of clear plastic down to backing (but don’t cut all the way through) exposing copper strips. Solder wire to each copper strip. There is a positive and negative side. So before you connect to power source make sure your lights come on. I use it to light up building on my garden garden railroad. I use 9 volt batteries to power each building. Hope that helps!

Can these be wired directly to low voltage landscape wires?

Fast answer is it would be iffy at best, at worst it could burn out some or all of the LEDs. See further explanation below: 12 V landscape systems are predominantly 12 V AC. These are LED (Light Emmitting Diodes) so being "Diodes" they are self rectifying, i.e. convert AC to DC. However 12VAC rms can convert to over 16 VDC. So I quiried the manufacturer, and they stated that the reverse breakdown voltage was between 16 and 22 volts. Hence connecting them directly to most 12vac landscape systems would be on the borderline. My landscape system only puts out 6.5 vac. (I think half of it's 12v transformer is shorted out) I used a cheap, $2, full wave bridge rectifier which then put out 12.5 vdc. That powered this strip perfectly. The rectifier gets hot, guessing about 60C. If your system puts out 12vac, even with a rectifier you should use either a voltage regulator, or a high wattage in line resistor to drop the voltage for some margin of safety.
