Easy exchange
First drive didn't work, but the exchange was easy and the second drive seems to be working well.

Open Tray Error
We have the open tray error. You do have to solder the wires and switch the motherboards. Look it up on YouTube and you should know what to do. The boys were jumping up-and-down they were so excited it worked. Updated: We have had it for about a month. The same problem is starting to happen. I am worried that it will get worse. Will keep you updated. Second update: Just as I suspected. It is back to how it was when it was broken. We are back to hitting the top in order for it to work. Do NOT buy from this seller. I just missed the return date so we are screwed. Get it somewhere else.

Cleaned and lubricated by seller
Drive appears to have been cleaned and lubricated. After flashing drive firmware it worked in my system. There were a few minor reading issues initially but after using the drive a few times it is now reading the disc every time.

Works great and in great shape!
After getting a dirty, broken drive from another seller, I got this one from G Dreamer and not only does it work great, but it was clean and promptly shipped! Very happy with this purchase.

Theres no guaranty this will work, gamble on parts or repair
Untested and was faulty after installation so be careful buying this if your looking for a working disc drive

Did not read disk.
Does not read disk This one was from 2007 it's older than the Xbox360 disk drive in currently working on. Maybe I'll have to tweak the ohms with the laser or clean it out. But it does not read. It is and original untampered disk drive tho still has the warranty seals on them. Unfortunately this did not read the disks
