I have been purchasing Bed Buddy Heating Pads for a number of years. I work in an office, on a computer and phone 8 to 10 hours a day. My neck and shoulder muscles hurt by end of day; using the Bed Buddy heat pad provides perfect relief. Also will use on my lower back, anywhere the muscles are sore. I highly recommend this wonderful product. Heat retention is doctor's recommended 20 minutes, reasonably priced, durable, molds nicely to your neck and other areas - comfortable.

Not as effective as the earlier version with the non-bisected chamber. But it works.

We’ve owned a pair of Bed Buddy’s for many years,…and liked them so much! Bought this new pair and tried one (heat) last night,…neck. We’re using an 1100w microwave. Followed the instructions by putting small glass bowl with about 1/4 cup of water in with folded Buddy as specified. Per instructions, we were to heat for max of 37 seconds (at 1200w), so roughly we could go 45 seconds. But when we did, although you could feel moist warmth in the Buddy, it just wasn’t warm enough. So, I opted for 1 min. 15 seconds,…which produced better results for Buddy warmth, with no side effects. I used the warmed Buddy for about 20 minutes on my neck. Very satisfied with the product. If, by overheating per instructions, I affect product performance (durability/longevity) over time,…I’ll just buy another (or pair), and certainly not say anything negative about the product or manufacturer. We’ve had our original ones for 15 years….and yes, we “wore them out”,…but they served us well. These new ones have stitches in them that hold the warming material into divided areas, whereas the old ones were one long “sock” that allowed the material to move freely from end to end. You’ll like this new design, too, I’m pretty sure.

A product I had purchased years ago and came back to when a similar product from another manufacturer failed. I love the Bed Buddy brand!

These are great and loved that they really don't have an odor when heated in the microwave like some others I had purchased. They hold the heat for a long time as well

I’ve been using these for years. They really stay warm a long time and are so soothing and comforting. I do heat them longer than recommended but be careful! They can burn. Smell like burnt popcorn. But you can find the sweet spot with some practice. The best on cold feet in the winter or for that time of the month warmth.

Item works well, retains heat and contours to any part of the body.

Instructions were difficult to locate as process is different from other heat packs. Otherwise, product is great.

Been using this brand for over 30 years and I prefer them to the other brands. Stays warm for quite a bit and last a long time.

This wrap can useful for neck, shoulder...this is my second time buying it. Because buy double is better price.
