I loved it but...
Ever since I started this series, I knew without a doubt that it wasn’t one that could go unfinished. It was so new, so creative and so thrilling! I would lose sleep, wondering whodunit and try to put all the pieces together to figure out the villain before the reveal. In the first two installments, I was properly stumped. I didn’t see all of the pieces connecting to reveal the bigger picture until it was laid out in front of me. For this one… not so much.As soon as I started this book, I had an inkling who the suspect was. But, as I’ve been wrong two other times before, I ignored it. The suspicion created an itch that got worse the more I read on. And the more signs that pointed to the person, the more I denied the possibility. Until the reveal pointed out that it was them. And that was about half way through the book. So again I imagined that maybe it was a diversion (which was normally the case) and read along. After some criminal activity, which may I say felt a little off for Pippa and by extension Ravi. Idk but I felt like the characterization that was developed by the first two books faced a major hit in this book. It was like a 360 in behaviors and reactions. More on that later. So the book became less of a whodunit and more of a let’s get away with a crime and frame someone for what we did. Which, for all intents and purposes, would never be a bad thing if it was established at the book’s inception. I was reading to find out whodunit in a murder mystery, not to find out how intact my moral scruples were after some serious crimes took place. So the story felt as if it diverted onto a different path at the end of the series. Again, I wish there was more of an aha! moment so I could feel as gratified as I did with the first two.Despite all of what I said. And the moral quandaries that popped up out of nowhere. I would give this a 5 star and recommend for everyone to read this book. And not just this book but the entire series.Doubling back to the 360 in behaviors. It is interesting that we see all of these changes in Pippa at the book’s end because at the start of the book she was a ‘good girl’. See: A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder. And completely changed at the end. So from my viewpoint, all of the events that took place throughout the books transformed her. She was no longer a ‘good girl’ and not by choice. She was made to be like them. They taught her everything they knew. Their blood was on her hands and seeped into her skin, infecting hers with the horrible things they did and continued to do.The one thing I hated was her ghosting her family at the end. I feel like the same impact could’ve been had without that inclusion. But of course that won’t change my feelings or rating. If you’ve read this far, you’re a star!

A good closing to a trilogy
That ending had me in tears! Anywhooo, the stalker aspect of this was definitely scary. Pip losing her mind was a little over the top but I understand it too. The lack of faith in the justice system got old quick and her taking things into her own hands was extreme. While Max needed to pay for what he did I'm not sure how they framed him really would have worked.

Great book
Story was gripping best out of the three. Some spelling mistakes but all in all it didnt effect the story. I like the idea of the moral grey area created by who Jason was and Pips choice.

good series.
I think that this book was a very good wrapup to a well done series. It was interesting, and really tied up the stories that I have been put into motion. The plot of this book was well woven with some curves I wasn’t expecting. However, I have to admit, I did not love all of the book. I found Pip’s character a bit annoying at times. I feel like the first book was the best.

Great series, 3rd book was the best
This 3rd book is, in my opinion, the best of the three. I read them all in a row so it was really just one long story to me, but the third one was a little darker, a little more cringy, a little more deep. I loved the character development over the three books and I’m reall going to miss Pip, Ravi, and the whole gang.

an amazing book to conclude an amazing storyline
I loved the first two books and, if possible, loved this one even more. The first part of the book is already much darker than the other two books, with pip struggling to deal with how her last case ended, but the second part was much darker than I could have imagined. I read the second part in a single afternoon because it was literally impossible to put it down, my heart was pounding in my chest and tears ran down my face in multiple chapters. The ending was unexpected but very fitting to the story. I will never stop recommending these book, because not only is it an amazing story, it's also easy to read if you're not a super bookworm. just amazing, a round of applause for holly jackson

Shocking Conclusion! Heartbreaking Ending..
|SPOILERS|More fantastic and exquisitely written descriptions of actions, characters, and locations. As for the story, I didn't expect it to go the way it did, and wondered numerous times throughout the book how it would all end and how everything would apparently connect.I thought at the beginning (maybe chap. 2 or 3) when Josh comments on a 'guy that's been watching our house', that was a clue that Jason Bell had stalking Pip, but it seemed like it was never mentioned again, and I though it would a be an important thing that Pip realizes to know for sure she really is being stalked.I also can't actually believe how Pip and her friends pulled off framing Max for murder! Part of me was like 'well Pip has a point, I don't think Hawkins would believe her either, so might as well go after a guy that belongs in prison', but other the hand 'this is seriously insane, and to put away a bad person but for the wrong crime is just leaving me uncertain for some reason' — and then by the end of it we realize that Pip could have escaped without killing Jason, been honest from the get-go, and eventually they would've caught Jason and believed her! Still baffles me, and just hard to put into words.Ravi and Pip tugged at my heartstrings at the end, as the Max verdict went in the favour, so these two lovebirds can be together again and go back to 'normal'.Book has just been a rollercoaster honestly, lol, and one day I'll reread it all over again once enough time has passed.

Slow to start but then gripping.
The first two books in this series, A Good Girl’s Guide To Murder and Good Girl, Bad Blood were both 5 star reads for me but I wasn’t as hooked with this one initially until about halfway in. Welllll I didn’t see any of that coming (as usual haha). It’s full of so many unpredictable and well thought out twists and turns and I just love Pip and Ravi.

fantastic series… Terrible ending
I really enjoyed this series and the storyline that came along with it… But the ending just fell flat for me. The book was well written, the character buildup was great, it was a little predictable at times, but I would still recommend the read. Just don’t get your hopes up for the ending
