Nice assortment of cleaning products in a sturdy case. A bit pricey but items should last awhile.

I ordered this as a gift but was disappointed when I found that Step 3 was missing. I can't give an incomplete gift and I couldn't get the same quantity of missing item either. Please ensure that the kit is complete before shipping it.
