I replaced a cheap battery operated stapler because it was constantly jamming and not reliable. I spent a few extra bucks to get this one. As soon as I opened the box I knew I had made the right decision. The quality was obvious as soon as I held it in my hand. Well-made and solid. The first thing I did was to install the six AA batteries. I knew that was needed from the listing so I had purchased those ahead of time. The batteries had a good snug fit and loaded easily. I did have to study the directions to find the battery storage bay. After I did that I found it on the very bottom and slid it off with no problems. I opened the tray to load staples and much to my pleasant surprise it was already loaded. That is a very nice touch from the vendor and something you don't see very often. It comes with a power supply but I like the portability of battery operated. I also like the fact that it uses standard staples which I have a good supply of. Even though there is an adjustment setting for how far from the edge of the paper the staple is placed, I will not use that very often. I set it to staple as close to the edge as possible and it'll stay at that setting. But, it is good to know I can make an adjustment if necessary. I used it all day yesterday and never once had a problem. As soon as you insert the paper to trip the trigger, the stapler responds instantly and efficiently. You can just tell it's made right. I haven't stapled more than five sheets of 20 pound paper at a time, but I believe it will comfortably do more than five. I'm extremely pleased with my purchase.

I have only used it one day now at work, but it did a great job and I do a lot of stapling. I ordered it Wednesday, picked it up Thursday and took it to work on Friday. What’s not to be happy about! All that and it has a full replacement warranty should anything go wrong. Well, it has now been just under two years since I purchased this awesome stapler from Eco Electronix LLC. When I first reviewed it, I had only had it for a day and was thrilled with it’s performance and the speed at which it was delivered to me. This stapler was in use in a busy intake office at a hospital what are my coworkers and I used it seven days a week, 24 hours a day & throughout all shifts. It stopped working and I emailed the company regarding their replacement warranty. I did this on a Saturday and actually heard back from the company within an hour and a half as to what they wanted me to try first and a few numbers that they needed to send me a new one. I was in awe that they emailed me back over a weekend! I did what they asked and then sent them back another email which again, they responded to within a couple hours. That email was to inform me that they had another one on its way to me at that time. This company is quite an amazing A+ family owned and operated company. They go way beyond the five stars that we are limited to in an Amazon review. I would highly recommend ordering through this company as they stand behind their products 100% with so much grace, efficiency, speed, caring and kindness. I work at a 24hrs pharmacy and we use staplers every day around the clock so I bought 2 for my work. I love how they don’t make a crazy loud sound like some other staplers do. They work well and I love the adjustable depth. I also really love the white color. The staplers are small enough to not take up too much space but big enough to not feel flimsy. After around 1 month, I’m not sure what happened but both staplers broke. They just started stapling by themselves and just kept going non-stop. So I had to unplug both of them. I emailed customer service on Friday and got a very speedy response within 24hrs. Seth immediately mailed me 2 other staplers and told me to just recycle the 2 broken ones. They even did a Sunday delivery and I got it within 1 day!!! I got it and now my work got 2 up and running staplers again. I’m extremely impressed and satisfied with the customer service I received from the company. I will for sure recommend this staplers to anyone who have to staple stuff every day, buy this as gift, or purchase as decoration since it would looks so great in your home office, etc.

I just wore out my 3rd manual stapler and decided to get an electric one. After reading reviews, this EcoElectronix stapler seemed to be a good choice. I liked the features, ability to use standard staples, and the warranty, so decided to give it a try. Right out of the box, when opening the staple tray, it felt loose (reminding me of the manual one that just quit). I inserted a full row of staples, and the tray wouldn't close. So, I tried a half of a row. Still wouldn't close. Called hubby into my office to give it a go. He broke it down to a quarter of a row of staples. The instructions say that it's rugged, so don't be afraid to use a little force to pull the tray open, so I assumed that was true for closing it too, hence asking hubby to give it a go. Well, he couldn't get it to close. Tried a little harder and it closed a little more, but wouldn't close fully. Now it won't open or close. I asked for a refund and already sent it back. If it wouldn't open and close easily, I'm not going to fight it.

My son likes to make "books" about his favorite movies and was using a heavy duty stapler someone bought for him. However, the noise was terrifying making me jump and scream and the dog shake and hide crying! This one is still a bit noisy, but nothing like the last one. The manual was a wonderful gift to him and worked very well, but our nerves could not handle that noise. This one will not staple 30 typing paper sheets for us, but with fresh batteries did 25 begrudgingly. 25 is enough, i think! I now have many boxes of stories. The only real problem I have us the staple tray tends to stick. It is hard to pull out and push in. Maybe it needs an oil wipe, I don't know. I can highly recommend it as long as you are not sensitive to noise. The noise it makes is a necessary evil and not that bad.

**May 2017 Update** I started having issues with the stapler tray not loading correctly. The machine worked just fine but the loading tray would not latch into place correctly. I sent them a picture and a description of what was happening. They responded the next day and said they'd send me an expedited replacement. I received the stapler two days later and am back in business. While the stapler had a little hiccup working, their customer service is A+. I would definitely buy this stapler again based on their customer service I purchased this stapler in June of 2016. I staple on avg about ~2200 things a week (usually 3-4 page thick paper pamphlets to brown lunch bag type material) and this stapler has worked perfectly. It is very fast and quiet. It uses standard staples and has only "jammed" when I tried to staples through a 20 page document. It is very light weight and easy to pick up and maneuver when stapling at different angles. I'm very happy with the purchase. I don't normally write reviews but I had messaged the company when my stapler started having a few issues. My power cord was faulty and sometimes the stapler wouldn't receive power, i'd have to wiggle the cord around or unplug the back and plug it back in. I reached out to the company and they responded the next day that they'd be happy to send me a brand new replacement stapler! I was just expecting them to maybe ship a replacement cord or something but I received my new stapler less than a week after contacting them. The stapler works great and they have awesome customer service

This sleek and compact electric stapler was recently purchased to replace my electric stapler that was old and worn out. I am so thrilled with its looks, reliability and solid construction, not to mention its reasonable price. I've used many different kinds of electric staplers through the various departments of my company, and found this to be a wonderful combination of the best features of the best brands of high quality electric staplers on the market. This stapler is also battery operated and works very well when a cordless stapler is desired. Many electric / battery operated staplers sound like a loud gun when shooting staples and jerk about. This EcoElectronix electric stapler staples firmly and without making much sound or moving about. The only thing that I would like to see for its next version is to have a rechargeable battery pack. I absolutely love this stapler and you will too! It takes the blue ribbon for electric / battery operated staplers!
