Benzoin is an excellent product you can't find in your CVS, It toughens the skin and makes it slightly tacky so dressing sticks better and you maintain the integrity of the skin! Very good product

Product has been around for over 40 years. Grew up using it for the occasional canker sore. Wonderful stuff. Seals the canker sore for faster healing. Apply with cotton swab.

I bought this product to help keep a bandaid from rubbing loose on my toe while playing golf. My big toe and second toe overlap and rub. So I use a bandaid to provide padding between the toes. Unfortunately, they rub loose before the round is over. So I bought this product to help make keep the bandaid on. It did a decent job, although not perfect. I read some reviews and found that the compound version of this product would work better. I haven't tried that yet, but will.

It works great on a sore throat....you need a swab and simply paint the redness...gone in two/three days time. It was the go=to cure by my grandmother. It works better than any new remedy.

A light application of this tincture around a cut helps bandages stick better.I use it mostly when I tape the sensitive areas of my hands to prevent blisters during yard work.You might need a little adhesive remover to get all the tackiness removed when you discard your tape.Do NOT get tincture on surfaces like your counter or carpet. It does not wash off like it does from your skin.

My cat bites sometimes when playing rough so I occasionally have an inch long slice on myarm. I find cleaning the cut, applying Benzoin tincture, and covering with a steri-strip pulls thecut together beautifully, and the steri strip stays on a week while the cut heals.

Pretty good.Not as sticky as other benzoin I have used. Has no color, but I don’t think that makes any difference. I’d probably try a different benzoin in the future.

It does what it claims it keeps my bandage on. Before this product my bandaged will fail off all the time
