have had never seen a pair of trekking poles except on tv. i need help walking and these poles work much better than a cane. have noticed people looking at my poles . their looks change when i get up ( nore struggling to get up from chair) and walk off.the poles stay out in front of you while walking. work super well. have passed the ultimate test, my wife shook head when she first saw the poles. another crazy i had bought from someone. on way out of doctor's office last week, she said you may have to get me some of those things. yeah, they work

My grandmother had 2 spine surgeries last year, she hadn't been able to walk by herself since then, she needed to use a walker. 4 month's ago we register her in a physiotherapy program where they recommended us to buy this poles. Her improvements have been incredible with both the therapy and the poles, now she started to walk fully by herself. Totally recommend this product!
