Spend a little more for a better ladder. The foot covers come off very easily
The bag, should not be included. It's too cheap and doesn't hold up unless you plan on just putting the ladder in your trunk and not using it regularly. As for the ladder, I've used several models of collapsible ladders. Spend a little more for a better ladder. The foot covers come off very easily. When one is lost The ladder can't be used indoors.

Great ladder for RV
This ladder is perfect for our RV that did not come with a ladder. It compresses to a small and easy to carry package. We can move it anywhere we need. The ladder helps us to put and take off the cover we have. It's easy to open and close the ladder. So glad we found this.

The unit came in a box with the peripheral items (screws, etc.) just thrown in the box loose. We couldn't find some of the screws to attach the bottom to the unit. The ladder itself is nicely made, but you really have to careful when breaking it down so that you don't have a finger in the path of the collapsing unit. It slams down pretty hard. After working with it for a while, I still don't know how to configure it so that the ladder stretches out to its full height. The directions are pretty vague.

Sketchy documentation; problem installing stabilizer bar
As noted in another review, there are pins that apparently must be removed in order to fit the stabilizer bar into the end slots. Some pictures of the product show the bar in place with riveted pins in place as well.

It does not allow you to set it to an intermediate level. It will collapse if it is not fully extended. Also, the one-touch release will cause the ladder to collapse at full speed. Make sure there is nothing close to any of the rungs when you click the one-touch.
