I recently purchased the TONGVEO 4K Conference Room Camera System for our office, and it has exceeded all expectations! The AI auto-tracking is a game-changer—using simple gestures like ‘OK’ or ‘V’ to switch between multi-human and solo tracking makes meetings feel dynamic and professional. The 5X digital zoom and 120° wide-angle lens capture everyone in the room clearly, even in our larger conference space, with crisp 4K resolution at 30fps that looks stunning on Zoom, Skype, and Teams.

Purchased two to replace older more expensive camera, and these work great. Super clear picture, good quality. Can work two cameras with one remote, however, differentiating which camera doesn’t work as it should. I press camera 2 and bot cameras move. Remote reads both IR streams on the camera. Will be trying a different controller to see if that makes a difference. I love the camera and will purchase a third.

Good quality for the price, the AI tracking does work decently, although it's quite as smart as I had hoped in the conference room with multiple speakers, it centers all the people in the frame but it doesn't zoom in on the current speaker. Speaker/microphone unit works great, Bluetooth connection to computer allows for a sleek, wireless conference call. Microphone does pick up omnidirectionally, and the speaker goes insanely loud. For the price, well worth it.

We use this for an hoa board meeting once a month, it’s easy to set up and break down, the speaker is good quality and lots of positive feedback from our residents that it was a solid upgrade from the last system. The camera is quick and the focus and follow and zoom are spot on, the remote is a nice feature and allows you to target the speaker. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

This is a great value for the money. The camera has a massive lens and it will pan and tilt to cover who is talking. As someone who is in the video business this is great to have and not have to set up my DSLR all the time. The bracket that comes with it is very functional and will mount directly below the TV so its the right height for those at the conference table. The bluetooth receiver helps pick up audio better than the laptops internal microphone.

Update: Their customer service replaced my unit for free even though Amazon would no longer cover the purchase. The new one is working perfectly, and I appreciate the support. Their customer support couldn't be better. They obviously stand behind their product.The product is defective, and Amazon no longer allows me to return it. We can't get the auto tracking to STOP. Great concept, bad execution. Maybe if we could get into the setup menu, we would be able to turn it off, but the MENU button on the remote flashes like it sent the request, but the camera won't pull up the menu. Even if we turn off the auto tracking using the hand signals, it eventually times out and starts to auto-track again. Very annoying. Don't buy this one. Purchase their 1080P. For some reason, better picture quality and doesn't auto-track, but at least allows a stable conference room camera.

I tried plugging into the TV in conference room and it would not come up on my computer. Had to plug directly into computer. I wish there was a wireless dongle like there is for the speaker phone. Otherwise it is a great camera and great speaker phone

I like the remote control, the ability to modify the contrast, hue, and other camera settings through the computer. The speaker and microphone work great. Our online audience tell us the audio is clear. The microphone is not good for live music, so we use our Rode microphone for that. When setting up the camera, the facial tracking and camera tracking also worked well. So far so good!
