A Lifesaver for ACL Recovery
As someone who recently tore their ACL during a sports injury, I’ve been in search of a knee support that could offer both stability and relief during my recovery. After trying multiple braces and supports, I finally decided to give the Bracoo Adjustable Compression Knee Patellar Pad Tendon Support Sleeve Brace (KS10) a try, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my decision. Here’s why this brace has become an essential part of my recovery process. Comfort and Fit: The first thing I noticed was how comfortable this knee brace is to wear. The adjustable straps ensure a secure fit, and the material feels soft against the skin. I have a larger frame, so I was worried about finding something that would fit comfortably, but the Bracoo brace fits snugly without being too tight or restrictive. The adjustable straps allow me to customize the tension and pressure, ensuring that I get the right amount of support while still maintaining comfort. The breathable neoprene material is another highlight—it keeps my knee cool and dry, even during light activity. I’ve worn it for extended periods, and I don’t experience any discomfort or irritation. The design also allows for a full range of motion, so I can wear it while walking or moving around without feeling restricted, which is crucial as I regain strength and flexibility in my knee. Support for ACL Injury: After tearing my ACL, stability was my number one concern. This brace provides just the right amount of support, especially around the patellar tendon and knee joint. The built-in patellar pad offers targeted pressure to the tendon and surrounding ligaments, which helps reduce strain on the damaged area. It also aids in patellar tracking, making it easier for me to move without fear of hyperextension or further injury. The adjustable compression feature allows me to fine-tune the level of support I need throughout the day. Whether I’m walking, gently stretching, or doing light exercises as part of my recovery, this brace helps stabilize my knee and prevents the feeling of instability that often comes with an ACL injury. I can feel much more confident when I’m moving around, and I’ve noticed less swelling and discomfort thanks to the consistent compression it provides. Pain Relief: One of the most immediate benefits I felt when using the Bracoo Knee Brace was the pain relief it offered. The compression helps reduce swelling, and I’ve found that it greatly alleviates the dull aching pain that often comes after a day of walking or standing. The targeted support around the knee joint helps take the pressure off the injured area, which has been a huge relief during my recovery process. Whether I’m sitting for extended periods or trying to get back to my workout routine, this brace has been fantastic for managing pain. It helps me stay active and move around without worrying about my knee giving out or getting too painful. Versatility for Workouts & Daily Use: While I’m still recovering, I appreciate that this brace is versatile enough for light workouts and daily activities. I’ve been using it during my physical therapy sessions and light stretching, and it provides the necessary support as I rebuild strength and flexibility. It’s also great for everyday use—whether I’m walking around the house or going to the store, I can wear it all day without discomfort. It’s discreet enough that I can wear it under my clothes without feeling self-conscious. For someone with an ACL tear, having a brace that’s both functional and comfortable is essential, and this one checks both boxes. Durability & Quality: The Bracoo Knee Brace is made of high-quality materials, and it feels like it’s built to last. The stitching is sturdy, and the fabric doesn’t lose elasticity after multiple uses and washes. It holds its shape even after wearing it for hours, and I haven’t experienced any signs of wear or tear, which is especially important for someone who is active in their recovery process. Conclusion: Overall, the Bracoo Adjustable Compression Knee Patellar Pad Tendon Support Sleeve Brace (KS10) has been an absolute lifesaver for my ACL recovery. The comfort, customizable support, and pain relief it provides are all essential components of my rehabilitation. Whether I’m recovering from surgery or simply dealing with the ongoing discomfort of an ACL injury, this brace helps keep me supported and moving with more confidence. I highly recommend this knee brace to anyone recovering from an ACL tear or any knee injury that requires additional support. The adjustable compression, targeted pain relief, and comfortable fit make it a top choice for injury recovery, and it’s now an indispensable part of my healing process.

Best knee brace I have!
I hace several knee braces but didn’t bring any on a prolonged trip. I’m glad I didn’t because I found this one. It’s not as long as my others but also doesn’t slip like they do! I have support right where I need it. Just ordered another for the other knee!

Works well...
Have had these for a number of months w/use. I bought both Bracoos knees braces - the one with and with out stabilizer support. I will post my opinion on both review sites since comparisons are important. The compression knee support is a neoprene type fabric w/a soft, padded ring that circles the patella. I am not sure it matters if it's silicone or some other padding. The brace with stabilizers is the same fabric. The stabilizers are a metals strip made up of tiny 'o' ringlets combined for flexibility and CAN be removed. *note: I removed the stabilizers to help with flexibility - found the brace with stabilizers to be too restrictive with them in (for my knee condition and use) For the smaller compression only, the width (up on thigh and down on shin) is shorter. The knee brace that includes stabilizers is wider both on thigh and shin. Both appear to have the same circumference Please note that I wear these braces OVER my walking tights. There are amazing products for over the skin but I walk and run with tights, and we have cold winters in midwest. PROS: -Both aid in supporting the knee cap and knee when walking or running. -The velcro holds the brace in place pretty well - see cons for more comments on slippage - however, w/ adjustment, it's been fine and totally worth having the brace on- Easy to use (PS the single strap should be pointed towards inside knee / medially when wrapping) CONS: -The velcro holds but I do find that the brace slips down a bit when walking and needs to be re-adjusted during walk / running (wrapping velcro strap tighter or pulling up) Both knee braces make you SWEAT - period! I have used them both in v cold temps (15-25° temps) - you don't notice when you are using them but when u take them off, definitely sweaty / wet. Not and issue for me. -As said above, stabilizers in one product were very restrictive for me w/my knee condition , so I removed, but the wide straps (both on upper and lower), especially on lower were still restrictive to walking and jumping (home workouts) -I felt the brace w stabilizers was still a little restrictive even w stabilizers removed - see comment below for company !!! I read reviews on velcro not holding after time. Just and FYI and not criticism: you must take care of velcro. After use, velcro the straps back onto the brace. NEVER wash w/ loose velcro as lint will adhere and longevity will be greatly reduced. I would even wash in a bag with no other laundry (front loader on hand wash) or just hand wash. Again, ALL barbed side veclcro should be fastened! For Company: I find the knee brace w/'stays' to be too wide and inhibits walks, jumping, bending, etc. The smaller knee brace w/ no additional support is not as wide, but I feel if you combined both features by adding the width/height on the top / thigh portion while keeping the bottom, shin portion the same, it might aid in anti-slippage, giving more freedom in movement and bending, but still keeping the brace from slipping down. -Please label your products better so that your consumer, ie the people who buy your product, can differentiate between products-

Perfect for Patella/Quadricep Tendon Injuries
Something popped out of place in knee suddenly when squatting one day and sharp pain ensued. Needed something quick. I got this knowing nothing about my injury or anything in the knee region. It looked like it could alleviate pain so I gave it a try & purchased before I could get to a knee person /physical therapist. By coincidence this brace was perfect for what I had. Once I got to the appt to see a PT, I showed the brace and my PT told me it was a patella brace which was in line with my injury. How did it work? From day one it kept my patella in place and I notice right away I wasn’t repeatedly injuring it as much as it kept the area secure so that it could be allowed to heal. I’ve been wearing it for two weeks and even slept in it the first night. I believe it has sped up my healing. Now I don’t need it as much as the inflammation is down and range of motion is slowly returning. I purchased other braces such as a Mueller, 3M, etc, but those hurt and did not protect or keep my quadricep tendons in place like this did. Many pulled down the tendon which made use more painful. If you have patella or tendon issues around the knee this may work. My issue is probably not as bad as it could be. PT told me with massage therapy I could be healed pretty quickly. My injury was one that caused tendon inflammation and misplacement of the tendon which is still very painful! Find out what part of your knee is causing problems and if it’s the patella or quad tendons in this region I can vouch for this as a potentially good brace. Out of the pkg, It fits a little large for me but I was able to adjust as tight as I needed for a fit that worked perfectly. I like that it’s an open wrap around closure vs the ones you need to slide on. For me anything with slide on was painful & did not work. The Velcro is strong and I have no complaints on this product. UPD: October 2023 Had another run in with the knee. This time not as bad but, Pulled out my brace and only needed it for a couple days. It restricts motion so you can stop injuring it without realizing thru daily activities. I really like this brace. It’s proven to be a life saver. Extra star added.

Adequate brace but could be a little taller in size
I would like to give this brace a better score but its just an average product. The brace could be higher in size as it barely covers the knee area. The length of the straps seem a little long- especially the middle strap as it wraps so far around that it overlaps the knee hole and has to moved up or down accordingly for maximum support. The support strength is adequate but compared to say a walmart brace on the other leg, it does not hold up to that one. I will give the velcro hold ability a better grade though. Will have to see how it holds up over time as I wear braces as these daily at work and leisure. So 3 stars but not much more than that.

This does the trick!
So convenient! Easy to use, comfortable, and totally adjustable. It doesn't give the industrial-strength support that full sleeves do, but I can slap it on over my pants as I'm leaving, and it's supportive enough -- plus it's thin, unobtrusive, and fully adjustable for my needs (and knees). Good value.

Exceeded Expectations
I had intermittent knee pain for months and finally decided to try a brace. My work is physical (a caregiver) and good body mechanics are not always possible. Consequently I found that my left knee would seem to heal, but a situation would arise where I had to lift and twist and the knee would tweak again. One day, when walking my dog on a trail, I found the pain in my knee getting so bad I started to wonder if something was seriously wrong. Fortunately, upon getting home the pain eased rapidly with rest. That's when I decided to try this brace. First, the price was reasonable and reading other reviews, it seemed to be helpful. I describe my situation so others who are considering buying this brace have some understanding of what I was experiencing. The pain was getting to the point I was worried it might never heal. I have had the brace for several days now and have worn it at times when I know I will be stressing the knee. It fits under my jeans ok (a regular fit style) and it can be put on or taken off without removing my shoes. This is helpful as I don't wear it all the time. After several days of utilizing the brace my knee pain is almost gone. The brace offers good support for times when I must carry items up and down the stairs or spend extended periods of time on my feet on a hard floor. The change felt pretty dramatic at first. Once I wore it I realized how much I had been "guarding my knee" trying to move in ways that would minimize the pain I had grown so use to it was surprising how different it felt to walk without it. After these few days, just using this extra support, the knee is less painful all the time (even though I only wear the brace for 2 or 3 hours a day). It feels like supporting the knee during high stress activity allowed the knee to finally finish healing. I don't have arthritis or a more chronic knee problem, so I don't know how this would perform in such circumstances. But I am 52 years old and have learned the hard way my body is less forgiving than it once was. When I was looking at options this brace was on the inexpensive side so I wasn't sure it would work well, but based on the reviews of others I decided to give it a try. If you have mild or moderate knee pain don't hesitate to give it a try. It worked so well for me I don't feel I compromised on quality at all. PROS: almost completely relieves knee pain during stressful activity (like carrying laundry up and down stairs or hiking on rocky trails) reasonable price fits under jeans can be taken off or put on without removing shoes CONS: I have small knees/legs and sometimes the velcro rubs my skin as it overlaps the brace slightly. This can be adjusted so it stops.
