Bought this to clear out some limbs on my property. It felt like good quality. It didn't break or dull very badly. It fit in my hand really well grip wise and it was the right size to get the job done. It was a decent price for what i was looking for. I also plan to use this on camping trips as its easy to carry and functions well.

The axe head feels sturdy but just like another comment, the handle not so much. It’s probably more for defense but sharp enough to cut kindling for a camp fire. I think if you can wrap some cord around the handle would make the grip feel better, but for the price there’s no complaints here.

Wow, sharp and pointy and it feels like it will kill you if you slip up handling it. I practice Filipino stick fighting with some friends and thought adding a tomahawk would be cool.It isn't.We couldn't play with it without the sheath on because we would've skinned each other alive with this thing. It's heavier than a rattan escrima stick which is fine, but it's too bulky to use effectively for what we do. We all agreed that this is what you'd use if you were in the business of killing people, like in the military, which we are not.I'm sure if there's ever a zombie outbreak, this is one tool that will do the job too. Although I'd probably rather have an aluminum hiking ice axe for that because again, the weight.Otherwise, cool axe. I doubt I'll ever use it for anything though. Seems wasted cutting wood.

Excellent weapon for defense, but also useful for camping can do both well-made sturdy and very sharp quality steel and handle lightweight and balanced can be thrown with ease with great accuracy. I would suggest this for any survivalist as a weapon to carry for protection and to help survive in the wilderness

Cuts good. Don't use to split large pieces of wood by twisting, handle can't take stress side to side.

So I got my tomahawk and I am very pleased with the head of the unit. It is very sharp it will shave the hairs on your arms at least mine will. However I'm not so sure about the durability regarding the plastic handle. I am not sure this tool can withstand hard blows as when chopping wood. I fear that the handle will break go flying and hurt somebody, if not the user. But this is something we will have to see. Because of this handle I consider this more of an display piece then Hands-On tool. I hope nobody gets hurt with this if it decides to break. Otherwise for the price it's a bargain!!
