Great product! Using it to lower my LDL levels. It seems to be helping.

It states 1200mg per serving. Reality is: 600mg per tablet.

This product does work! I only stopped because berberine can cause birth defects and I’m in the process of getting ready for my first baby. But I took it for 2 weeks and lost a few pounds. It does suppress the appetite and takes away cravings especially sweet cravings. When I first took it, I was not hungry the whole day. I got a little worried so I would eat a salad or some fish and plenty of water.

Loved them! Felt an instant difference and helped regulate my menstrual cycle! Was currently on metformin but switched to this and glad I did!

Disappointed in this product. I did not feel any difference taking this everyday for 2 weeks

Product shipped faster than expected.Easy to take no weird after taste or strong scent will update in a few weeks on how strong/weak effects are.

So i decided to give this another shot! And maybe I got a bad product before but my second bottle works so much better! I take it 20-30 mins before my first meal and it really does help suppress your appetite. It’s also helped make me more regular so all the bloat is gone. This is great for someone who needs to quiet the food noise but doesn’t really qualify for any kind of weight loss meds. This is also great for someone in a deficit.So this doesn’t works to suppress appetite and lose weight because it makes you nauseous you can’t eat anything! The first time I took it AFTER eating breakfast and it didn’t work as well but I didn’t feel sick. It says to take 30 mins before food though so I tried that for second dose and immediately felt nauseous. I tried it a third and second time the following days and same thing.
