Als Ergänzung zu unflexiblen Faszienbällen habe ich mich noch nach einem etwas weicheren Ball umgesehen. Mit diesem hier habe ich die richtige Entscheidung getroffen. Er hat genau den richtigen Härtegrad, d.h. er gibt leicht nach, aber nicht in dem Maß, wie ich es leider oft bei billigen Produkten erleben musste. Auch ist er bisher formstabil. Die ideale Massage auch bei verklebten Faszien oder Schmerzen. Wirklich ein tolles Produkt und von guter Qualität.

Yes! I have two different sizes of this. I take it everywhere. It’s helped break up fascia in my chest post-mastectomy, it’s worked out knots in my back and it helps just work out any tight spots. I learned about it in my Pilates class and have taken classes on how to use it. I have taken it to Europe with with me as it’s a great size to throw in a bag. It has a tiny bit of give, but not much. It’s a great item to have around!
