You need a drill, hammer, and 5/16" & 3/8" bits
No instructions included with the product. Simple enough to install after I figured out what needed to happen. I drilled a pilot hole in in each leg with the 15/16" bit for the full length of the bit. Then I drilled a pilot hole with a 3/8" bit for probably a 1/2" to 1" deep. Then...Take my advice **TURN YOUR PIECE OF FURNITURE OVER AND KNOCK OUT ALL OF THE SAWDUST. YOU CAN THANK ME LATER.**From there I used my puny hammer to tap in the silver piece and sink the teeth into the wood. Insert the casters from there and hopefully you won't need to use the hammer to tap it in.They definitely slide on carpet, even with the wheels locked, but this is exactly what I needed. They roll easily when unlocked and added the height that I needed.

Thin metal, could not possibly handle any weight other than a small table, don't order if you have anything heavy.
