These really work! Give them 2-3 months and you will start seeing regrowth. My hair is almost back to its pre GLP-1 state. Also, my nails are longer and thicker than before. They used to peel and crack. It took a couple weeks to get used to the taste but now they just taste like regular fruit snacks to me.

I like the Beauty gummies; I take them 3 days a week. There are good for my hair, and my skin. I have noticed a difference in the health of my hair, it's thicker and glossier. I find it is also helping my skin, it looks and feels healthier. It doesn't happen overnight, but it did make worthwhile changes, after a few months. You can take it every day if you want. I don't think I need to, I am getting results, with my own schedule. The gummies taste good and are easy to chew. Keep them out of the sun and the fridge, or they will stick together.

It's healthy, and you can notice visible changes in your skin.

After taking these Olly supplements and 2 jars of them, I cant say these did anything hair or nails. I mean i was so disappointed as a blogger in France raved about them, saying after having her baby her hair was falling out, so she got onto these. Ummmm 🤔 not sure if she was paid to sell these. After using two jars you wld think you wld see something, but zero. 🤷‍♀️
