Kingdoms of Amalur Re-Reckoning - Nintendo Switch

One of my favorite hidden gems of a game. So glad it got ported to switch as well, and runs just fine on the switch too

The game is impressive, the gameplay is a solid one with several main and side quest, the mechanics in leveling up and crafting are well developed. The game has adjustable difficulty and it’s understandable why it was compared by some with Skyrim, but this a unique experience you will enjoy if you can accept the graphics.

I was looking for a new game to play on my Nintendo switch over the holidays with travel. I ran across this game and looked at some of the reviews and video clips and decided to give it a shot.If you enjoy looting and shooting you will enjoy this game. I bought the game with the re-reckoning labeling. That included all the DLC‘s and I believe it released in 2020 or 2021 and it was on sale.The graphics were more than acceptable given this game first released 11 years ago. I think the remastering they did with the 2020 edition did not do anything special other than a few tweaks to the game. The game still looks amazingly well compared to other games on the switch.

My grandmother bought this for me for Christmas for the 360 the year it came out. I had never heard of it but was excited for a new rpg. Had a blast and was one of my favorite games for a while. It hasn’t aged too gracefully but I still had a great time replaying it.

Great game for the switch. Mostly open world,fantasy adventure with different character classes to choose from. Took about 90 hours for a single playthrough. Has plenty of potential for replayability. One of the best handheld games I've played in a while.

I had previously started playing this on the xbox 360 just to get a feel for RPGs and to get the controls under my fingers. I didn't get super far then, but not from lack of enjoyment...simply because I don't like the 360 controller. When I got my switch a few weeks ago and I saw this game, I had to get it!The graphics are pretty good, not quite Elder Scrolls or Dark Souls level, but still better than some other RPGs out there. It's definitely a better game for "beginners" or people who haven't played video games off their computer or smart phone in a while and want to get back into the swing of things.There aren't as many character customization options as I would have liked to see, but there are more than the original game so that's good.It comes with the original DLCs and you can also download the Fatesworn DLC from the Nintendo store for about $20 which adds a little more playtime.

The game is great! I played it when it came out on Xbox 360 and loved it then. This game is basically the same thing and comes with all the dlc. Playing it on the switch isn’t an issue at all. I’ve had lag only a handful of times when too much starts happening on the screen. It’s a solid game that’s easy to pick up and play and come back to even if it’s been awhile

Just buy this game. This is easily one the most under rated games ever. If you like original Fable on Xbox and like concepts and lore from games like world of warcraft. Yup, this is a game you will love. I've already put over 100 hours into this game and I don't even have half of the world map uncovered. So much to do in this game!! Love it
