MD prescribed for me

Best for Digestion!
An intuitive masseuse trained in reiki told me she felt gal bladder for me and suggested I take ox bile. Also, I have hashimotos. After researching, i felt like this Tudca was the right choice. Well, right off the bat, it works wonders, especially with fatty meals. Normally pizza bothers me along with the gluten in the bread, and I don’t eat it often, but once in a while I get a craving. I took this Tudca right before and…..no issues! I also take it regularly anyway and it has helped any digestive issues I have. I recommend!

Great for gallbladder sludge
This is effective Tudca. I can only take one a week otherwise it disrupts my sleep but even the one a week really helps with gallbladder sludge that I get from Keto.
