Great product!
These work great. I set a new bag of birdseed in a basket next to my utility room door. I picked the bag up a few days later to open it before taking it outside, moths went everywhere 😮. I panicked and bought three types of traps, because I was not sure what type of moths I was dealing with. One was for clothes moths the other two traps were for pantry moths. I set several of all three around the room. The clothes caught none, the other brand of pantry trap did catch a couple. The Maxguard had to be changed out daily because it would be full of moths. After a few days of leaving the Maxguards out the traps are empty and I have no moths. And I will never bring any birdseed into my house again!!

These things work!
I brought pantry Moss home from apparently a nuts selling company here in Fort Worth Texas. I let it stay in the garage when I open the package all these moths flew out so I got some moth traps at Walmart and then they run out of them nobody stalking them anymore. So I got these from Amazon they work like a champ. Every trap I put out in the garage is become full within 2 days so all this left now is to put an attractant inside the traps that gets them to come inside faster than just waiting. These are a definite must-have if you have pantry moths and you'll know if you have them or not they're flying all around the place if you do. Buy this product. January 18th 2025, just bought another pack of these they got rid of the major infestation this is just to get those slackers that keep setting off my indoor home alarm system at 7:30 in the morning waking the crap out of me so I got a few left I guess. Good stuff buy it especially if you got these stupid pantry moss I don't know where the heck they came from but I think I do I bought some raw unsalted unroasted in the shell peanuts from a local nut company as I feed the Blue Jays and I think they were in the box because when I opened up the box in the garage about a year ago all these bugs start flying out so they were in the nuts. This is good stuff put one in your pantry one in every cabinet that you have in your kitchen get rid of these pests.

Good product
I’ll get right to the point—MaxGuard Pantry Moth Traps do what they are advertised to do: trap and kill pantry moths (the ones that get trapped). The traps are very sticky—I have long hair, so…yeah. Otherwise they are safe and easy to set up and last for a few months or until they get full. I can’t attest to whether or not they attract the male moths (how can I tell?). They haven’t eliminated the problem by stopping the breeding cycle, so I’m guessing the traps don’t catch ALL the males. The traps do, however, help. My cautionary tale: I have a pantry moth problem—obviously. The nasty beasties hitched a ride in a bag of dry dog food a couple of years ago and have been unwelcome house guests since. Once I identified what they were, I ordered 2 brands of traps, this brand being one. Both worked to cut down on the growing population, but neither eliminated them. I slightly favored the other brand, but it may have been a location issue. It seemed to catch more moths, although it involved an extra step to set up—applying a tablet to the sticky inner surface to supposedly attract them. Time came to reorder and the other brand had risen in price disproportionately to its value so I ordered more of the MaxGuard brand (and have since continued to order it). As I mentioned before, it doesn’t eliminate the problem, but it does help keep it under control. They are worse in the summer during which time I have found their larva in some newly purchased items, like grain products. I presently have hopes for a total wipe-out which will take an intensified assault. I plan to initiate one this fall by emptying my pantry, throwing out anything that isn’t in jars or bottles or cans, spraying (works on the larva), zapping, scrubbing, and bombing. I chose to put it off because I had an elderly dog and cat and also because I simply have not had the time I know it will take to do a thorough purge. After that, I will continue to put out one or two MaxGuard traps in strategic spots to monitor—just in case I buy something with a stowaway. Even though I now transfer all the products I know they like to infest into well-sealed canisters, I have occasionally found larva attached to cans. I’ve also learned that the larvae can chew their way into zippered plastic bags! Life in central Texas—one insect after another. I hope this helps some of you who have similar uninvited guests.

Good value, work as described.
I always have one of these in my pantry and they attract just the pantry moths, but they work just as described.
