Bosun's Chair Deluxe, Model 2234

Was exactly what I needed for tangled lines on the mast of a sailboat during a long rewarding race

I don't like the fact that Bosun's chairs are expensive but this one was the best price I found for this model. It has a solid seat bottom so it doesn't pinch your butt and hips. It's strong and I felt safe going up the mast in this chair.

I purchased the bosun chair to replace an old one. For a woman, my previous chair put the squeeze on my hip bones. I wont have that problem with this one. Very sturdy and lots of rings & pockets, too.

Great piece of kit to have onboard. I have gone up the mast multiple times on it, and it always gets compliments. It is comfortable, and quite functional. The only negative would be the price, but if you can look past that, this chair should last a very long time. It also comes with a simple mesh bag, which is great for storing it with ventilation.
